I've been super busy at work the last few days trying to get some features cleaned up and submitted. I sort of missed my deadline, but they weren't showing off my stuff for this quarterly demo anyway because of some other technical issues, so I don't feel too bad for being a couple days late.

So, I've been a bit behind on my reading and web news. There's a robot that is being developed by Boston Dynamics that is intended to be "a robot with animal-like strength, speed and mobility". This movie was posted on Monday and I just got around to seeing it today. It's amazing. The best parts are at about 0:36 when someone tries to kick it over and 1:23 when it starts slipping on some ice.
